Fee Arrangements

Unlike many public relations firms, we offer clients custom-tailored fee structures. The firm primarily utilizes three billing options, customized based on the budget, expectations and goals of each client:

Retainer Agreement – Clients pay a monthly fee to have the firm handle a pre-determined set of professional services, such as media relations and community outreach, for example.

Hourly Fees – Hourly fees are charged based on the provision of specialized PR and communications services. This fee structure is most common when dealing with matters such as crisis events, legal issues or regulatory concerns.

Project Management Fees – Clients pay a set fee for the development and delivery of a goal-oriented project, such as a media campaign or annual report.
